Matýsek RH FL-A

   So, a year full of experiences is behind us... We were working and practicing really hard with Matýsek this year... We made big progress which was a reward for the hard work together.... We achieved all targets which we set ourselves for this year and I think that we can be proud of ourselves!!!
   Nevertheless, we tried to achieve yet another target this weekend, namely another rescue dog exam - RH FL-A (surface searching). This exam was organised by our KZJ and took place in Brno.
    The first discipline was special wood activities where Maty showed that his hunting territory is really large and that no distance can separate him from the searched person :-); he found both persons and when I tied him to his leash and went to deregister to the judge, he looked at me and was curious why we were not searching further... He is simply our little devil who loves searching in the woods. We got 196/200 points in this discipline.
   The second discipline was obedience, where we could see that Maty was already tired from the whole year. He did all the exercises but the drive was not there... Nevertheless, we got 41/50 points in this discipline.
   The third part was agility which is not a problem for Maty. He managed hurdles without problems and got 47/50 points. In total, we got 284/300 points. Very good work, in my opinion, even though there is still room for improvement. We will try to improve ourselves.
   Overall, the exams were a success - apart from the fact that it was raining at the end. The organisation and service were very good. Many thanks to the head of the exams, our Peťula - I would be lost without her...
